What You’ll Do:

  • You’ll be the face of KitKing to our partners in the UK, building trust, driving growth, and showcasing the best in global sportswear.
  • Manage and support grassroots accounts across Football, Cricket, Basketball, & Netball, ensuring partners feel valued.
  • Deliver exciting design packs that bring concepts to life.
  • Spot new grassroots opportunities and turn prospects into long-term partnerships.
  • Work with senior stakeholders to report and forecast accurately, keeping orders on track.
  • Lead proposals, presentations, and close deals with confidence.
  • Keep our CRM up to date so every opportunity is maximised.
  • Work with internal teams to deliver top-class service every time.
  • Regular visits to accounts.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Energy, ambition, and a passion for sport, backed by proven sales and account management experience.
  • 2-4 years in sales/account management (B2B or sports industry preferred).
  • Strong track record of hitting targets and growing accounts.
  • Confident in pitching, negotiating, and closing high-value deals.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and organised.
  • Skilled communicator with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Tech-savvy with CRM and digital tools (BrightPearl, Shopify, Trello, Freshdesk = bonus).
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management or related field.
  • Full UK driving licence.
