Responsibilities
- Greet and assist all Kith clients with best-in-class customer service.
- Foster and maintain relationships through professional after-sale communication.
- Display expertise in product knowledge, brand history, company policies, and store strategies.
- Partner with the Management team on business goals and initiatives.
- Support visual merchandising to maintain a visually appealing sales floor.
- Provide accurate sell‑through reports and product availability updates.
- Assist with housekeeping duties – dusting, sweeping, trash removal, etc.
- Support visual initiatives, cycle counts, and inventories as needed.
Requirements
- Open & flexible availability – evenings, overnights, weekends, holidays.
- 3+ years in retail sales; 3+ years in customer service (preferred).
- 1+ year in apparel, footwear, or luxury goods (preferred).
- Efficient time management, ability to multi‑task, standing/walking for prolonged periods.
- Ability to lift 25lbs and perform standard retail operations.
- Strong communicator, team player, self‑starter; adaptive and resourceful.
