Job Summary

Join the Client Advisor role at KITH in London – a PT/FT, competitive compensation.

London – Regent Street.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist all Kith clients with best-in-class customer service.
  • Foster and maintain relationships through professional after-sale communication.
  • Display expertise in product knowledge, brand history, company policies, and store strategies.
  • Partner with the Management team on business goals and initiatives.
  • Support visual merchandising to maintain a visually appealing sales floor.
  • Provide accurate sell‑through reports and product availability updates.
  • Assist with housekeeping duties – dusting, sweeping, trash removal, etc.
  • Support visual initiatives, cycle counts, and inventories as needed.

Requirements

  • Open & flexible availability – evenings, overnights, weekends, holidays.
  • 3+ years in retail sales; 3+ years in customer service (preferred).
  • 1+ year in apparel, footwear, or luxury goods (preferred).
  • Efficient time management, ability to multi‑task, standing/walking for prolonged periods.
  • Ability to lift 25lbs and perform standard retail operations.
  • Strong communicator, team player, self‑starter; adaptive and resourceful.
