We are focused on building high-quality creative products, growing our international sales channels, and inspiring creativity in homes around the world. We are now developing our sales across European marketplaces, with our next major stage of growth focused on launching and scaling in the US market.

We are looking for someone who wants to help build a modern marketplace department and have a real impact on the growth of our international sales.

Your responsibilities:

  • Co-creating and implementing marketplace sales strategies across Europe and the US
  • Managing and developing sales on Amazon UK and Amazon DE
  • Launching and developing sales on additional marketplaces in Europe and the USA
  • Creating, editing and optimising product listings in line with marketplace requirements
  • Monitoring sales performance, competitors, pricing and market trends
  • Maintaining marketplace account quality and ensuring compliance with platform guidelines
  • Analysing sales results and recommending actions to improve sales and profitability
  • Working closely with the marketing team on sales campaigns and product promotions
  • Reporting results regularly against agreed KPIs

What we are looking for:

  • At least 3 years of experience working with Amazon marketplaces
  • Experience using BaseLinker
  • Experience with other European marketplaces would be an advantage
  • Good understanding of e-commerce and marketplace sales
  • Ability to organise your own work and manage priorities independently
  • Analytical mindset and confidence working with data
  • Proactive attitude, commitment and a focus on growth and results
