KITE Search are currently working with one of the leading real estate developers in Hong Kong as they look to expand into the UK market. Renowned for their luxury residential projects across Hong Kong, they are now looking to build a team in London. With projects in hand already and others in the pipeline, this is a fantastic time to be part of a growing team. A key position they have identified to lead the initial team is a General Manager to oversee projects in London and also Canada.

Responsibilities:

  • Advise the management on structuring of acquisitions strategies and identify and explore investment opportunities in London.
  • Carry out feasibility study for potential acquisition and then advise to the top management.
  • Perform financial analysis, market research and asset valuation.
  • Asset management of overseas properties.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Real Estate or relevant disciplines.
  • Professional qualifications such as HKIS/RICS/CFA is a definite advantage.
  • At least 15 years’ relevant experience, of which 5 years in managerial level with property developer.
  • Proven track records in asset disposal and acquisition in London.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese.
  • Analytical mind, strong leadership, excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
