We are recruiting to fill positions in our Telesales Academy in Whitley, Coventry. Full training, support, skills development, and sales incentives are provided. You’ll be working at our state-of-the-art facility within a vibrant and energising call centre team.

We were a true greenfield start up and have grown quickly to be one of the largest packaging distributors in the UK. Kite Packaging has grown to a £160m company and through the Academy is recruiting candidates to join its existing 40+ strong call centre sales team.

For the Telesales Academy, the successful candidate will not only receive full training and ongoing support but will join a company where career development is a key focus. Following the 6-month training programme, successful candidates graduate and are appointed to permanent role within one of the call centre teams.

This is a full-time position 8.30am-5.30pm Monday to Friday.

• Excellent starting salary of £25,000 pa.
• Commission: On target earnings of £32,000 pa after one year.
