We're working with a major UK PLC consumer digital brand, and we're looking for a Digital Product Manager to lead a team building the products that shape a critical stage of the customers' journey. You'll report directly into the Head of Product, running your own cross-functional team, and owning 5β10 live features across every stage of the product lifecycle β from early discovery through to optimisation and sunset.
What you'll be doing:
- Discovery: Spotting the problems worth solving and validating them before a line of code gets written
- Feature ownership: Taking ideas from concept to launch, and owning them once they're live
- Backlog management: Prioritising ruthlessly, so your team always builds the highest-impact thing next
- Delivery management: Keeping the team shipping, unblocked, and moving at pace
- Stakeholder collaboration: Bringing commercial, design, and engineering voices into one plan
- Testing & performance monitoring: Running experiments, reading the data, and acting on it
- Adaptability: Leading your team through change as priorities and the roadmap evolve
What you'll bring:
- 5+ years in product management, ideally in digital products or ecommerce
- Solid grounding in digital merchandising, content management, or personalisation technologies
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and optimisation methodologies
- A working understanding of UX/UI design principles
- The confidence to lead a team and the curiosity to keep questioning the roadmap
