Compensation & Benefits Manager is required to join a global Hedge Fund business on a permanent basis, working in London (full time in office), offering a very competitive package. This is a busy role managing compensations and benefits on a global basis. Working within a tight-knit HR team, this person will own and run the annual compensation cycle globally, which includes financial modelling, forecasting and internal communications. They will also be taking ownership of all relationships with benefits providers e.g. Bupa. Exposure to relevant systems such as Workday / Peoplesoft would be highly beneficial.

Key requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Compensation & Benefits Manager in the buy side / investment management space is a must.
  • Experience managing compensation & benefits on a global basis.
  • Strong projects and supplier management experience.
