Technical Manager – Multi-Platform Experience Required – Permanent

Technical Manager with strong mechanical knowledge of Vestas, Siemens, and Nordex platforms is required to oversee UK-wide operations in a permanent role with our client.

Location: UK Wide

Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 per annum

Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day operational planning and scheduling.
• Perform turbine maintenance and repairs on Nordex, Siemens and Vestas platforms.
• Manage parts ordering and ensure team readiness.
• Lead, mentor, and support technicians.
• Ensure health & safety compliance and prepare RAMS.

Requirements:

• 4+ years in wind energy.
• Strong mechanical knowledge of multiple turbine systems.
• Previous experience as an Authorised Technician/Engineer – troubleshooting & repairs.
• Proven leadership and organisational skills.
• Customer-focused with strong communication abilities.
