Sales Development Representative β SDR
Are you looking for a job opportunity that will shape your career?
Do you have the gift of the gab and are not afraid to pick up the phone?
We\βre looking for an exceptional salesperson to report to our SDR Lead and deliver outbound sales calls in a Talent Solutions business.
This position offers the chance to get in early on a high-growth business; developing cold selling efforts from very early stage conversations to ongoing reoccurring revenue.
You will be very comfortable on the phone, overcoming objections and qualifying cold prospects. You will receive the best tools to help you sell, selling solutions valued typically between Β£200k and Β£1m in lifetime value (LTV), and work directly with the SDR Lead and directors in closing deals.
10 new clients = your first year target (we\βll show you how).
You will need to have a strong work ethic, be very comfortable with self-motivation, and have the ambition to transition from cold selling β to deal closing. We work in our office on Bishopsgate in London 4 days a week.
