Head of Front Office Development – Derivatives

Head of Front Office Development is required to join a leading Investment Banking organisation to manage the Derivatives trading development team. The role is permanent, based in London (hybrid working – 3 days in office) and offers up to £135,000 base salary.

You will join the capital markets technology arm, working in a large development function. This role will be responsible for managing a team of 10-15 developers of varying seniority, and manage all derivative trading systems support, enhancement and implementation. This person must have technology leadership experience, with a strong background in Java, C#, Python and C++. In depth knowledge of derivatives is also essential.

Requirements

1. Proven experience as a Head of Software Development, managing circa 10 Developers
2. Experience with Java, C#, Python and C++
3. Strong knowledge within derivative products
