Head of Client Relations – Investment Management
Head of Client Relations is required to join a growing Investment Management business. Offering a competitive salary ranging from GBP70,000 to GBP85,000, based in London, hybrid working.
Reporting to the Client Services Director, this person will oversee a team of 6. The team is responsible for post-sales client aftercare including administration of accounts, supporting underlying investments, issuing reporting, client engagement and retention, investor events as well as producing documentation and marketing. The role requires previous experience in the buy side/investment management and team leadership as well as client aftercare.
