We are currently recruiting for a Head of Broking opportunity for a growing insurance brokerage who want to hire and reward someone who can take the lead on that GWP growth in North London. You will be responsible for defining and executing the broking strategy, leading continuous improvement and ensuring the delivery of high-quality support to client-facing teams.
The role plays a key part in delivering commercial and operational excellence across all classes of business, and you will be rewarded significantly for growing the GWP.
We are looking for applicants with a strong background in UK and international commercial insurance markets and proven leadership and management experience within a broking or placement function. CII qualifications (DipCII or ACII) preferred.
