We\’re seeking a proactive Finance Executive to help ensure our financial processes run smoothly, accurately, and on time. You\’ll play a vital role in invoicing, reconciliations, payments, and reporting — supporting both the finance team and wider business to maintain exceptional service to customers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate customer invoices and email
• Allocate customer payments to account
• Generate Supplier payments and allocate to account
• Generate daily sales figures and forward to appropriate colleagues
• Generate forecast sales report on weekly basis
• Allocate supplier invoices to purchase orders and input to Sage
• Reconcile supplier statements against each account on a monthly basis
• Generate monthly reports for the accountant
• Generate Commercial Invoices for exporting goods
• Organise payments for international suppliers
• Carry out credit checks for new customers then file all reports
• Add new accounts to sage for customers and suppliers and link to appropriate pricing structure
• Reconcile bank accounts, company credit card and expense claims

Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts
• Proven experience with sales and purchase ledger, reconciliations, and reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general office software
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Enthusiastic about working in a fast-growing small business environment
• (Desirable) Experience with automation or process improvement initiatives

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £26,420.00-£32,940.00 per year
