We’re looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst / Developer to join a high-performing BI team of three, with a clear progression route into a team leadership role. This is a hands-on BI role for someone who loves turning data into clear, beautiful, business-ready insight — and who’s equally comfortable partnering with stakeholders and acting as the BI team’s relationship lead.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning, maintaining and developing Power BI dashboards
- Acting as the BI point of contact for the wider business
- Translating business questions into impactful MI and reporting
- Working with senior stakeholders in a financial services environment
- Helping shape the future direction of the BI function
Essential experience:
- Strong Power BI Developer experience (end-to-end ownership of dashboards)
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Proven background in Business Intelligence / MI
- Confident, business-facing communicator
