What You’ll Own
- Leading and mentoring a QA function made up of 9 QA Engineers
- Driving automation direction, QA architecture, and tooling decisions
- Leading functional, non-functional, manual, and automation testing initiatives
- Embedding AI into QA processes to improve testing efficiency, coverage and automation
- Supporting the wider business in accelerating AI adoption across engineering and QA
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Head of QA / Head of Testing
- Strong background in financial markets technology or capital markets fintech
- Experience working within ISVs or fintech product environments
- Deep expertise in automation testing strategy and delivery
- Demonstrated leadership managing sizable QA teams
