A major financial services organisation is hiring a QA Engineer to embed into a .NET delivery squad (c. 8 developers) as the dedicated QA for that team. You’ll be hands-on across a legacy estate of 16–17 applications as data sources move from Oracle towards a data lake.
Responsibilities
- Roughly 50% manual testing / 50% automation
- Building and running automation in Python
- Owning quality for your squad: UI + API testing, regression, and release confidence
- Working closely with developers and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Strong QA fundamentals with proven manual testing depth
- Automation testing using Python (hands-on)
- Experience in a .NET environment (C# / SQL a plus)
- Any exposure to trade lifecycle / derivatives / commodities is a nice advantage
3 days per week in the office (London City)
