We’re looking for an organized, proactive Client Services / Delivery Manager to support delivery teams and ensure customers gain rapid value from the technical SaaS solution that our client implements to a diverse range of customers (from financial services to building merchants!). The role is 5 days a week in the office.
The Role
- Coordinate and support our technical consultants to ensure smooth, timely delivery.
- Drive effective deployment through clear planning, strong communication, and efficient resource management.
- Act as the link between clients and delivery teams, ensuring expectations, timelines, and deliverables are clearly understood.
- Monitor project progress, highlight risks, and keep all stakeholders aligned.

- Experience in client services, project coordination, or delivery support.
