We\’re looking for an organised, proactive
Client Services / Delivery Manager
to support delivery teams and ensure customers gain rapid value from the technical SaaS solution that our client implements to a diverse range of customers (from financial services to building merchants)

The Role

• Coordinate and support our technical consultants to ensure smooth, timely delivery.
• Drive effective deployment through clear planning, strong communication, and efficient resource management.
• Act as the link between clients and delivery teams, ensuring expectations, timelines, and deliverables are clearly understood.
• Monitor project progress, highlight risks, and keep all stakeholders aligned.

• Experience in client services, project coordination, or delivery support.
• Strong communicator with excellent organisational skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and collaborating with technical teams.
