We're supporting a leading investment-focused organisation in hiring a Senior BI Analyst to become the face of a high-performing data team. You'll work across Power BI, Dynamics 365 CRM and multiple external data sources to deliver clear, accurate MI and BI reporting for senior leadership. The existing team is technically strong — they now need someone who brings confidence, communication skills and stakeholder engagement to match.
What you'll do:
- Lead on Power BI dashboard development and data modelling
- Translate stakeholder requests into structured, high-quality reporting
- Mentor a growing team and shape best-practice data processes
- Work across CRM, external portals and multiple data feeds
- Spot trends across ticket requests and improve BI workflow
What you need:
- 5+ years in BI / MI analysis or BI development
- Strong Power BI and SQL
- Experience working with Dynamics 365 CRM data
- Background in financial services or professional corporate environments
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work confidently with senior stakeholders
