We’re looking for a hands-on Product Owner / Manager to join a fast-growing fintech scale-up, working across a core financial data platform and internal technology infrastructure. This is a delivery-focused role where you’ll sit directly with engineering teams, helping turn product direction into clear, actionable work and ensuring squads stay unblocked and shipping effectively.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning and maintaining the product backlog across core data and platform teams
  • Translating business and SME requirements into clear engineering-ready specs
  • Writing acceptance criteria and supporting UAT and release sign-off
  • Working closely with engineers in an agile delivery environment (stand-ups, planning, retros, etc.)
  • Supporting discovery, feature scoping, and analysis alongside senior product leadership
  • Improving documentation (process flows, data definitions, decision logs, etc.)
  • Helping identify and resolve cross-team dependencies between squads
  • Building working understanding of data flows to spot issues and inconsistencies

What we’re looking for:

  • 2–4 years’ experience in a Product Owner / Manager or delivery role
  • Experience working closely with software engineering teams in an agile environment
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Process-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with data concepts (APIs, schemas, pipelines)
  • Experience in financial services or data platforms is a plus (not essential)
  • Someone proactive, structured, and comfortable working closely with senior stakeholders
