Product Manager – Trading Platform (FinTech / Crypto) | £80,000–£90,000 | London/Hybrid

We’re hiring a Product Manager to join a fast-growing institutional trading platform operating in the digital assets space.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role, working closely with users and engineers to improve a high-volume trading platform used by institutional clients globally.

What you'll be doing

• Gathering customer feedback and turning it into clear product requirements
• Working closely with engineers to deliver platform improvements
• Owning user stories, backlog refinement, and agile delivery
• Helping shape product priorities in a lean, fast-moving environment

What we’re looking for

• Junior Product Manager or Business Analyst with 4–5 years’ experience
• Strong agile background
• Exposure to fintech, trading, or execution platforms preferred
• Permanent candidates (no contractors)
