We’re working on an in-house Legal Counsel opportunity with a well-established global investment manager. The role covers a broad mix of investment funds work, including fund formation and structuring, fund documentation, investor negotiations, commercial contracts and transactional matters. You’ll work closely with the investment teams and take ownership of your own matters.
What we’re looking for:
- Lawyers with around 3–4 years’ PQE who have strong investment funds experience, ideally with exposure to fund formation and structuring.
- This is likely to suit someone currently in a leading international law firm who is looking to move in-house, although relevant in-house experience will also be considered.
