We’re looking for an Institutional Onboarding Analyst to join a fast-growing digital assets and financial services business, supporting the onboarding of institutional clients onto a high-volume trading platform. This is a highly operational role where you’ll work closely with onboarding and compliance teams to ensure institutional clients are reviewed efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Conducting Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and institutional onboarding checks
  • Performing AML, sanctions, and financial crime screening
  • Reviewing company ownership structures, funding sources, and associated risks
  • Supporting the onboarding of institutional clients including banks, hedge funds, and asset managers
  • Helping improve onboarding processes within a fast-scaling environment

What we’re looking for:

  • 1–5 years’ experience within institutional onboarding, KYC, AML, or CDD
  • Experience onboarding institutional or corporate clients within banking or financial services
  • Backgrounds in investment banking, corporate banking, trading, or hedge funds preferred
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Crypto or digital assets exposure is beneficial but not essential
