ITSM Service Manager opportunity at a small but well known financial services institution in the heart of the City. This is application-focused and requires an experienced ITSM who is comfortable managing complex tech stacks and can manage relationships during significant transformation.

Required experience:

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a dedicated ITSM function
• A focus on applications rather than infrastructure
