A leading global energy trading business is looking for an Indirect Tax Manager to take ownership of complex UK & EU VAT advisory and structuring across biofuel and biofeedstock trading activities.

What you'll be doing:

  • Design and implement VAT-efficient trading structures
  • Advise traders on new trading flows, logistics, and contracts
  • Lead UK-EU and post-Brexit VAT considerations across cross-border transactions
  • Partner with traders, finance, legal teams, and external advisors on high-value commercial activity

What we're looking for:

  • ACA, ACCA, or CPA qualified
  • Strong indirect tax / VAT experience
  • Background within financial markets is essential
  • Commodities, energy, or trading house experience highly advantageous
  • Open to Indirect Tax Managers or accountants with a VAT/indirect tax specialism

Practicals:

  • £80,000 to £100,000 available as the perm salary
  • 3 days in office requirement (London)
