Head of Derivatives IT Development is required to join a leading Investment Banking organisation to manage the Derivatives trading development team. The role is permanent, based in London (hybrid working – 3 days in office) and offers up to £135,000 base salary. You will join the capital markets technology arm, working in a large development function. This role will be responsible for managing a team of 10-15 developers of varying seniority, and manage all derivative trading systems support, enhancement and implementation. This person must have technology leadership experience, with a strong background in Java and IT architecture. In depth knowledge of derivatives is highly desirable.
