A major eCommerce brand is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Associate to support internal hiring and mobility across its UK operation. This is an inside IR35 contract offered on an initial three-month term with a strong likelihood of extension.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting internal mobility and internal hiring across a wide variety of company departments
- Engaging with existing employees about open roles and career opportunities
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating closely with hiring managers
- Managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Acting as a key point of contact for tech stakeholders
What they’re looking for:
- 2–5 years’ experience in talent acquisition or recruitment coordination
