Job Description
Early Careers Recruitment & Internship Program Manager – Global Hedge Fund
Early Careers Recruitment & Internship Program Manager is required to join a global Hedge Fund business on a permanent basis, working in Central London (full time, 5 days a week in office), offering a competitive package.
This is person will manage a global annual intake of 40-50 interns (across front, middle and back office), and oversee the internship programmes. Managing university relationships and attending campus career fairs, this will involve screening circa 15,000-20,000 applications (CV screening, monitoring numeracy tests, manage interview rounds and coordinate assessment days). There will also be responsibilities surrounding line managing the successful interns with weekly 1-2-1’s and overseeing post-internship offer processes.
Key requirements:
1. Proven experience managing early careers recruitment within financial services.
2. Must have hands-on experience with campus engagement, screening, and interviewing.
3. Experience managing internship programmes is highly desirable.
