Desktop Support – Investment Management – 5 days in London Office

Desktop Support Engineer is required to join a growing Investment Management business. Offering a salary ranging from £35,000 to £40,000, based in London, full time in office (flexibility where needed).

Reporting to the Head of IT, you will join a dynamic and highly collaborative team. The business has circa 150 users, working on Microsoft machines in a cloud-based environment. They are looking for a personable desktop support professional who can provide face to face support in an ITIL framework, supporting a variety of stakeholders. An awareness of security and IAM is also important.

Key requirements:

• Proven experience supporting Microsoft machines.
• Exceptional customer service experience (great communicator needed).
• Exposure to MS Dynamics.
• Exposure to security protocols and access management.
