The opportunity
You'll hold personal responsibility for CASS operations, systems and processes, working individually to deliver on all CASS tasks. What you'll do
- Hold personal responsibility for CASS operations, systems and processes.
- Work individually to deliver on all CASS tasks, end to end.
- Review, improve and enhance existing processes, controls and systems.
- Select, configure and optimise the systems underpinning the CASS function.
- Partner with compliance and external advisers to keep the function robust and well-governed.
What we're looking for
- A CASS background is essential — whether your strength sits on the operations or the compliance side.
- LME market experience is essential.
- 2–9 years' relevant experience.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to operate across a diverse, international environment.
- A genuinely hands-on, operationally minded approach.
