Video and photography
- Manage the post-production of all product, lifestyle and behind-the-scenes content, including selection, editing, retouching and storage.
- Produce short-form video for social media, from planning and storyboarding through to editing.
- Ensure all assets are consistent in look and feel, delivering a polished, high-quality finish.
Collaboration and brand guardianship (woven across all areas)
- Work closely with our Marketing and Product teams to translate briefs into visuals that inspire and engage.
- Ensure all designs reflect Kite’s tone, values and visual identity, keeping our look consistent across every channel.
- Keep up to date with digital, social and e-commerce trends, bringing fresh ideas into our creative work.

- A strong portfolio showcasing email design and build, including examples of automated campaigns and customer journey flows.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp or similar), with confidence in developing and optimising automation.
- Proficiency in CMS tools (Shopify or similar) and an understanding of UX/UI principles to support website updates and enhance the online shopping experience.
- Strong knowledge of social media content design (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest), including graphics, animations and short-form video.
