As a second-generation family business, we prioritise fostering a close-knit, dedicated team that is passionate about delivering excellent service. We focus on building strong, lasting partnerships with our retailers, offering comprehensive support ranging from marketing and customer service to aftercare.

We are seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to lead and develop our sales team. This role combines hands-on account management of key accounts with leadership responsibilities for our sales team. The successful candidate will also lead the recruitment of new salespeople to expand the team, drive growth, and contribute to the company’s overall sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage, and motivate a small national sales team, with scope for future expansion
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of key accounts
  • Drive national sales performance and deliver revenue targets

  • Work closely with senior management to shape sales strategy
