Company Description

Kitchen is a proudly independent creative agency built around the belief that the strongest ideas come from a brand’s authentic culture and the people behind it. The team researches, plans, writes, designs, codes, and produces content entirely in-house (from their very own coffee shop off Oxford Street), enabling fast, efficient, and highly creative work. This end-to-end approach supports impactful campaigns with integrity and longevity for a diverse range of clients. Kitchen’s “Inside Out Ideas” philosophy focuses on creating meaningful results and lasting partnerships. Joining Kitchen means contributing to a collaborative, hands‑on environment where creativity and curiosity are encouraged. The team like to have as much fun working together as they can (and it often results in better work too!)

Role Description

Personality is key to us. We require a candidate who is bursting with energy and passion. We are an independent agency of creative, ambitious and energetic people - currently a close small team akin to a passionate start up. We love what we do and we love working with each other. It is also important you are someone who likes and can contribute to a fun, vibrant agency culture and is keen to progress quickly to AD and beyond.

The Senior Account Manager will develop account plans, identify opportunities for growth, prepare proposals and presentations, and oversee campaign performance and reporting. This role also involves mentoring junior team members, contributing to process improvements, and supporting new business initiatives when needed. • Relevant academic background or equivalent professional experience in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with common agency tools and platforms (e.g., project management software, collaboration tools, presentation tools); digital marketing or social media expertise is an advantage.
