As a Night Kitchen Porter, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our kitchen operations during the night shift.

Working closely with the Night Chef, you will ensure the smooth handover to the morning team by efficiently completing all tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Night Chef with food preparation and kitchen operations.
  • Ensuring the kitchen is clean, organised, and ready for the morning team.
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Supporting the kitchen team with various tasks as needed.
