We are currently looking for a passionate Junior Sous Chef to join our Kitchen Department on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to join us in consistently delivering memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. As a Junior Sous Chef, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:
- The Junior Sous Chef will provide leadership to all culinary activities of The Lancaster London.
- He or she will improve standards of product, service and hospitality to our guests.
- Engage all team members to improve the vision and values of the Hotel.
- Increase Company profitability.
- Deputies for the Head Chef in his absence.
- Engage the kitchen team in working at a 5* Food Hygiene standard at all times.
You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
