As a Demi Chef de Partie - Pastry, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen operations. You will assist in preparing and presenting high-quality pastry dishes for lunch and dinner service. Working closely with our experienced culinary team, you will ensure that each dish meets our exacting standards and delights our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of pastry dishes for lunch and dinner services
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety
