Location: A discreet, Georgian townhouse located just off the King’s Road, Sydney House Chelsea is understated but contemporary in style. It gives our team the chance to work in one of the most popular and vibrant areas of London, just a couple of minutes' walk from South Kensington tube station.

SERVICE CHARGE - We pay our team service charge each month! This service charge all goes into one pot, and 100% of that service charge is then shared amongst all the team at the hotel - every penny received is paid out to the team.

Part-Time Breakfast Assistant – 12 Hour Contract

We are looking for a reliable and friendly Breakfast Assistant to join our team on a part-time 12-hour contract. The successful candidate will help provide excellent customer service during breakfast service and maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serving guests in a polite and professional manner
  • Preparing and cooking basic breakfast dishes
  • Making teas, coffees, and other hot beverages
  • Setting up and clearing down the restaurant and kitchen
  • Washing up and maintaining cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas
  • Following all Health & Safety and food hygiene procedures
  • Ensuring stock levels are maintained and reporting shortages

Requirements

  • Good customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
  • Basic cooking skills and confidence preparing simple breakfast items
  • Knowledge of food hygiene and Health & Safety standards
  • Reliable, punctual, and well presented

Hours

Part-time contract – 12 hours per week, this will consist of two shifts per week. Flexibility preferred on working days and shifts to meet business needs, including weekends and holidays where required.
