We are looking for a talented Junior Sous Chef to join our kitchen brigade. The kitchen has been designed to be spacious and state of the art so this is a fabulous environment to work in for any passionate chefs looking to further their career. Previous experience is essential at this level, ideally at high rosette or Michelin level as this will be a high performing role working to the highest standards.
What you’ll be doing
- Work alongside the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef to create and develop exciting quality seasonal menus whilst achieving agreed targets of profit, revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Be a point of contact between the kitchen and Management/food service team.
- Strong desire to learn and always push yourself to develop as a chef.
- Confident in managing, training and passing on your knowledge to the more junior members of the team.
- Be fully aware of the Company’s Food Policy and Food Handlers responsibilities in line with legislation and contractual obligations.
