About Us
Bedford Lodge Hotel ‘Squires’. You will work creatively as part of a team, inspiring fresh ideas and playing a key role in devising menus. You must have experience of working under pressure in a busy, high-end restaurant and be accomplished at preparing and presenting dishes using fresh local, high-quality ingredients. This is a full‑time position (45 hours per week). You will be working on a rota basis, 5 days out of 7. You must be available to work evenings and weekends.
