We are seeking a motivated and reliable Prep Chef to join our kitchen team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing fresh ingredients, supporting chefs during service, and ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities- Prepare ingredients for service including chopping, portioning, and basic cooking tasks
- Assist chefs with daily kitchen preparation and setup
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness
- Ensure stock is rotated and stored correctly (FIFO system)
- Keep prep areas clean, organised, and compliant with health & safety standards
- Support the wider kitchen team during busy service periods
- Assist with deliveries and basic stock handling when required
