What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead Quality Service — Support the Head Chef & Senior Sous in running calm, efficient services across our 2 Rosette restaurant and family dining spaces.
- Inspire the Team — Mentor junior chefs, nurture talent and help build a positive, professional kitchen culture.
- Create & Collaborate — Bring fresh, creative ideas to menu development, celebrating seasonality and Cornish sourcing.
- Maintain Standards — Uphold impeccable food hygiene, safety and organisational standards.
- Manage Stock & Waste — Support stock control, deliveries and waste‑reduction practices.
- Be a Kitchen Leader — Set the tone for professionalism, teamwork and consistency.
