We are looking for a talented and motivated Chef de Partie - Pastry to join our kitchen team for the 2026 season. You will be a key part of our kitchen brigade, responsible for preparing and presenting high‑quality food across our two restaurants and bakery. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role for a chef who takes pride in consistency, creativity, and teamwork, and who is excited to contribute to an exceptional guest dining experience. This is a seasonal role from 31/03/2026 to 31/10/2026, working 45 hours per week, Monday to Sunday.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Produce high‑quality dishes to a consistent and high standard
  • Work across different sections of the kitchen as needed – from Sauce, Ogo (adult only dining), Plant Fish and Grill (fast paced family dining), Breakfast and Pastry
  • Support the development and testing of new recipes and seasonal menu items
  • Ensure daily mise en place is completed efficiently and to the required standard
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food hygiene compliance
  • Train and support Commis Chefs and apprentices in the Pastry section
  • Assist with stock control, ordering, and waste management
  • Support wider kitchen service and other sections when required
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a similar Chef de Partie or Pastry role
  • Relevant culinary or pastry qualifications preferred
  • Experience in a hotel, restaurant, or high‑volume kitchen environment desirable
  • Strong understanding of classic pastry and dessert techniques
