We manage projects from concept to completion and need a skilled Lead Installer - NO SUBCONTRACTORS you must be willing to work direct for the company. THIS WILL BE A HIRED FULL TIME POSITION to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
Position Summary
The Lead Kitchen/Bathroom Remodeling Installer will oversee and perform all aspects of kitchen or bathroom remodels — from demolition to final finishes — with a focus on cabinetry for kitchens and tile installation, plumbing, and electrical work for bathrooms. This role requires both hands‑on expertise and leadership skills to coordinate with other trades, manage project timelines, maintain inventory, and ensure quality control.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation & Construction: Execute bathroom remodels including demolition, framing, drywall, waterproofing, tile setting, fixture installation, and finish carpentry. Perform plumbing tasks such as setting tubs, showers, toilets, vanities, and rough‑in work. Complete electrical work including lighting installation, fan systems, GFCI outlets, and other code‑compliant wiring tasks. Ensure all work meets local building codes and safety regulations.
- Project & Team Leadership: Lead and supervise any assistants or subcontractors on‑site. Maintain daily communication with the Project Manager regarding job progress and next steps. Manage jobsite safety and cleanliness.
- Inventory & Materials Management: Track and manage materials on‑site. Coordinate with warehouse or suppliers for timely deliveries. Inspect materials for quality and accuracy before installation.
- Technical Skills & Documentation: Use digital tools (e.g., CompanyCam, ServiceMinder, or similar) to document progress, update project notes, and track change orders. Read and interpret blueprints, floor plans, and technical drawings.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate professionally with homeowners about progress, timelines, and any adjustments needed. Address concerns on‑site promptly and respectfully.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in bathroom remodeling with proven skills in tile installation, plumbing, and electrical work or 5 years of kitchen refacing experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with job management software, mobile apps, and digital documentation.
- Knowledge: Understanding of building codes, ADA requirements, and best practices for waterproofing and ventilation.
- Leadership: Experience leading teams and coordinating with multiple trades.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and be on your feet for extended periods.
