Working alongside a passionate brigade, you’ll help create menus that showcase fresh ingredients and great flavours, while maintaining the high standards our guests expect. The Role

As Chef de Partie, you will confidently run your own section, ensuring dishes are prepared and presented to a consistently high standard. You’ll work closely with the senior chefs and the wider kitchen team to deliver smooth and efficient service.

  • At least 6 months’ experience as a Chef de Partie, or a strong Commis Chef ready for the next step
  • Solid background in quality kitchens with a focus on fresh food
  • Passion for great ingredients and well‑executed dishes
  • The ability to run a section confidently and work well under pressure
  • A positive team attitude and willingness to learn and grow
