We have a superb opportunity for a talented Executive Head Chef to lead our kitchen team across both our busy restaurant and the wide range of events and functions we host on a daily basis.

We're looking for someone with strong experience in a high‑volume restaurant environment, who is passionate about serving fresh, quality food and creating great guest experiences. You'll also be comfortable managing large VIP events, catering for meetings, conferences, weddings, social events, and other functions, ensuring every service runs smoothly.

As Executive Head Chef, you'll be organised, energetic, and hands‑on, with a positive attitude and a passion for leading and developing your team. You'll be someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys driving standards, and can inspire those around you to deliver their very best.
