Looking to spend the next few months cooking alongside an award‑winning team on the stunning Cornish coast? We are seeking a focused and enthusiastic Seasonal Prep Chef to join our busy kitchen brigade from now until the end of October. In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our kitchen, prepping the finest, locally landed seafood and seasonal ingredients that fuel our effortless, elevated dining experience.

If you are a hard worker with great knife skills, a passion for fresh Cornish produce, and the drive to work in a high‑energy kitchen with breathtaking Atlantic views, we would love to have you with us for the season. This is a contracted position based on a zero hour working week. Days of working will include weekends and bank holidays. In line with UK Immigration and Employment Law, only applicants eligible to live and work in the UK need apply. Proof of ID will be required in the form of a Passport, National Identity Card or Birth Certificate.
