Kitchen Team Member - Crunch - #sandwich[up]rising - London

Join a friendly, energetic team supporting both front-of-house service and kitchen operations in a fast-paced food environment. You'll help create a welcoming customer experience while ensuring orders are prepared, packed, and delivered accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities

• Greet customers, take orders, operate the till, process payments, and issue receipts.
• Pack delivery orders accurately and maintain high presentation standards.
• Keep front-of-house areas, counters, equipment, and workstations clean and organised.
• Monitor and restock packaging, napkins, and other front-of-house supplies.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain smooth order flow during busy periods.
• Support food preparation and service on the kitchen line when required, including assembling sandwiches, preparing fries, and completing basic prep.
• Use kitchen equipment safely, including the grill or plancha and fryer; training will be provided.
• Follow food hygiene, cross-contamination, food safety, opening, closing, and kitchen operating procedures.
• Support the team in maintaining consistent food quality, presentation, and service standards.
  Previous customer-facing, kitchen, or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail.
• Confidence using tills and handling payments.
• A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Basic cooking skills and a willingness to support kitchen operations.
• Understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
• Reliable, organised, and able to follow instructions and procedures.
  £13 per hour.
• Flexible shifts available between 09:00 and 22:00.
