- Support chefs by keeping everything organised during service, ensuring the kitchen is set and ready.
- Deep-clean areas, including floors, surfaces, fridges, and prep zones, to maintain kitchen standards.
- Adhere to all food hygiene and allergen legislation, maintaining a clean and safe work environment
