We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter/Kitchen Assistant to join our dedicated team at Darling's Eatery and Studio, a female-owned and self-funded pasta eatery in East London. This role offers the chance to work both independently and as a key member of a supportive, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Culinary Support: Provide essential assistance to our chefs with basic food preparation and cooking tasks.
  • Maintain Standards: Ensure the kitchen and all associated areas are kept impeccably clean and organized.
  • Dishwashing Operations: Efficiently operate dishwashing equipment, guaranteeing all kitchenware is cleaned to our high standards.
  • Logistics & Management: Handle incoming deliveries, manage stock rotation, and oversee waste management.
  • Cooking Contribution: Confidently step into cooking roles for simple dishes, adhering to established kitchen procedures when needed.
